Conversations create so many things - clarity, understanding, change, and culture.
The best coaches use it to create connection, trust, and awareness. These in turn construct confidence, change and culture.
They are an important part of everyone’s lives and its power is simple. Not Easy.
Purposeful ones transform lives and have the power to inspire action, change perspectives, find opportunities and create hope.
We’ve been having important conversations with athletes, teams, coaches, and parents for over 25 years.
Our hope is that the conversations you have with your team will be the start of more conversations that impact your team in a positive way.
They may not always be comfortable, may sometimes be vulnerable, but almost always will be powerful.
Conversation Killers
Consistency is one of the keys to confidence. Emotions in sports run high.

They don't work over the long term and kill the important conversations needed to build great human beings.

Mental Fitness is a different approach to the tension between your thinking brain and feeling brain. Each of us is blessed with an amazingly imperfect brain.
When your amazing brain is in control you can do amazing things but they are still imperfect. When an athletes pain brain takes over it gloominizes, doominizes and brutalizes us.
