The Power of 100
Simple. Not easy.
A simple but difficult assignment I use always comes with a look of disbelief when I explain it.
It’s the 100 List.
Write down 100 reasons you are a good person.
100 reasons it’s safe to be confident.
100 people who care about you.
100 skills that would make you at least 1 percent better.
How can you adapt this idea to other parts of your life?
100 reasons you love your spouse. I bet they’re there.
Same with your kid.
100 reasons you love your sport, your team, or your parents.
Your awareness expands. Your perspective expands. Your confidence expands.
When I find those lists in a drawer or an old notebook, they remind me of the positive.
One list of 100 I don’t recommend is 100 reasons I suck, I hate, or I fail. Unless you want to be miserable.
Sometimes the simplest exercises make the biggest impact.
Want to multiply your impact? We have hundreds of skills we can teach to help you do that. Our keynotes, trainings, and one on one coaching will give you more ways to change your game.
