They Are Who They Thought They Were

The Bears are who they thought they were.

This year, the Chicago Bears came back in a lot of games.
When they beat the Packers in the playoffs, it was another comeback win.
Or was it a choke?

Here’s the deeper point.

The Bears went 2-for-6 on fourth down and left 6–9 points on the field — points that could have cost them the game.
They won’t win the Super Bowl.
But they are who they thought they were.

Those choices reflect belief and mindset.
A willingness to let the world fail them rather than fail themselves.
A belief that no matter what happens, they will recover.

Some may see those choices as foolish or risky.
It’s easy for anyone to judge — even Bears fans — if they had lost.

But those decisions reflect confidence, belief, trust, and internal security.
The kind of internal safety that allows people to put in the work, take risks, and push for growth and change.

In our own lives, it’s easy to stay in a zone where we fail ourselves.

So where in your life can you be more like the Bears?
Where do you feel that internal security and confidence?

You can find it when you believe no one will leave if you fail.

Want to learn how to transform your mindset and build that kind of internal security?
Our keynotes, trainings, and one-on-one coaching help you get results.
